Our house is the only hotel on the Hahnenkamm 1800m.

You've left that somewhere down below, so small and insignificant that you've already forgotten about. During the winter our house is smack in the centre of Kitzbühel's Ski paradise, in the summer it transforms into a hiker's and mountain biker's heaven. You can reach us by cable car "Fleckalmbahn" which operates from 8.30am to 5pm.

Our hotel is an apartment-hotel, all apartments have fully equipped kitchens. In the morning we spoil you with an extensive breakfast buffet, during the day many ski huts in the area invite you do drop in. Situated in the immediate vicinity of the hotel is our restaurant "Sonnenrast" where we serve freshly prepared dishes and traditional Tyrolean specialities as well as classic Austrian cuisine.

Our restaurant is open during the operating hours of the cable cars.

If you decide to cook for yourself, we are very happy to arrange the food shopping for you. Your shopping receipt and the ordered foods come up the mountain via cable car directly to your apartment.
